Marina Johnson and Wayne Schell co-founded MOST Programming with the simple belief that top-notch software developers could work alongside seasoned business executives to leverage technology to its full potential and drive real, measurable results for clients.

Marina Johnson
Founder, CEO

Marina Johnson is CEO of MOST Programming, Inc. and a seasoned information technology professional. Prior to MOST Programming, Marina led the technology group at HSS for 15 years, 10 of which she served as CIO.


HSS is one of the nation’s leading security service outsourcing firms specializing in aviation, government, and healthcare security. HSS has over 4,000 employees serving hundreds of customers in 24 states. As CIO, Marina was responsible for developing and implementing cost-effective technology strategies to improve productivity at the company and employee level, an objective now applied across clients at MOST Programming.

Wayne Schell
Co-Founder

Co-Founder and Principal Partner, Wayne Schell, has a lifetime of experience in service industries using technology to leverage customer satisfaction and efficiencies.


Wayne is the prior CEO of HSS, a national security service company based in Denver, Colorado. He helped build the company, now recognized as the nationwide leader in healthcare and airport security services, from $2 million to $160 million during his 30-year tenure as COO and CEO. His experience and expertise in the professional service industry focused on developing effective customer solutions and competitive advantages in specific market niches.

At MOST Programming, we employ a team of highly experienced and capable software engineers and project managers. In fact, we recruit only the top 10% of developers, resulting in an exceptionally skilled, cost-effective and responsive team. 


Through an average of 8 years of experience (more than 16,000 man-hours) and on-the-job training, our developers understand more than how to code.
