Marina Johnson is the Founder and CEO of MOST Programming, Inc.
MOST Programming is a certified woman and veteran-owned business. We help customers visualize and analyze data, automate business processes, and develop custom software and web applications.
Prior to MOST Programming, Marina led the technology group at HSS for 15 years, 10 of which she served as CIO. She implemented a business intelligence (BI) platform, one that analyzed operational data and business trends, as well as predictive analytics, creating competitive advantages for HSS.
HSS is one of the nation’s leading security service outsourcing firms specializing in aviation, government, and healthcare security. HSS has over 4,000 employees serving hundreds of customers in 24 states.
As CIO, Marina was responsible for developing and implementing cost-effective technology strategies to improve productivity at the company and employee level, an objective now applied across clients at MOST Programming.
She and her team supported all HSS information systems and IT infrastructure in the headquarters and remote offices, including telecommunications, networks, collaboration, and communication systems. This included an Operations Support Center, which provides 24/7 dispatch, monitoring, and emergency services to HSS customers nationally.
HSS was among the first companies to go to the “cloud” for its critical data applications. In 2011, HSS beta-tested, and adopted, Microsoft Office 365.

Marina earned a five-year degree in System Engineering and a M.S. in Computer Information Systems.
She was one of three finalists nominated by the Colorado Technology Association as Colorado CIO of the year.
